Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan made a working visit to Arkadag city

On April 9, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Hero Arkadag made a working visit to Arkadag city, where he got acquainted with the projects of upcoming new buildings and held a working meeting with relevant leaders. Upon arrival, Hero Arkadag got acquainted with the projects, which provide extensive information on plans for the development and improvement of the urban environment. Among them is the design project of the "Ahalteke atlary" avenue with equestrian monuments. The relevant information was presented by the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov. As reported, along the aforementioned avenue, which is being improved according to modern requirements, it is planned to install sculptural images of the famous legendary Ahalteke horses on pedestals. The artistic solution of the objects forms an original composition that conveys the spirit of the times. In accordance with the instructions previously given by Hero Arkadag, information about the origin and history of the horses will be placed on the pedestals. Having heard the information, Hero Arkadag emphasized the national heritage: throughout history, our wise ancestors have created many values, and therefore they should be given special attention, since such an approach plays a special role in increasing the sense of pride and love for the national heritage in the younger generation. Then the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the participation of the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and the head of the city administration G. Mammedova. D. Orazov reported on the pace of construction of facilities within the second stage. As reported, over 50 domestic companies and individual enterprises are participating in its implementation. At the same time, five companies are involved in the construction of medical cluster facilities - both domestic and leading foreign ones. There was also information about the desire to allocate funds in the form of a grant for the construction of a modern bus station and a high-tech production complex within the second stage. Hero Arkadag gave a number of specific instructions to accelerate the pace of construction of production facilities of the second stage, as well as to export to the world market the planned production of products from local raw materials. Then, Arkadag city khyakim G. Mammedova spoke with information about the comprehensive preparation for the National Holiday of the Turkmen Horse, which occupies a special place in the life of the state and society. The head of the city administration also expressed gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Hero Arkadag for the opportunity to make a working visit to the Principality of Monaco and discuss on-site issues of establishing relations between the cities of the two countries. Then the National Leader of the Turkmen people went to the construction site of the mosque, where he got acquainted with the presented projects. The fact that this event is taking place on Wednesday is evidence of commitment to the original noble traditions of our wise ancestors. Khadzhi Arkadag was presented with information on the progress of work on the construction of the mosque in the presence of Mufti Ya.Khojagulyev and Imam of the Ahal velayat R.Gurbanmyradov. As reported, 30 thousand believers will be able to pray in the sacred building at the same time, in particular, a separate room for women with a capacity of 5 thousand people is provided. As the National Leader of the Turkmen people noted, the construction of religious buildings on the sacred Turkmen land at the expense of charitable funds is of particular importance. A clear example of this is the mosque in the city of Arkadag, which, like others, reflects the continuity and triumph of the original principles of our people, such as the observance of good traditions along with useful deeds and the veneration of shrines. Having expressed gratitude, the Mufti of Turkmenistan offered a prayer for the well-being of the country and the peaceful life of the people, as well as for the bestowal of good health, longevity and success to Haji Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar in their undertakings.
