VI Vienna Ball to be held in the city of Arkadag

On 4 October, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers to sum up the results of the work of economic sectors for the first nine months of the year and define the tasks ahead. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M. Mammedova reported on the results of the supervised spheres for January-September of the current year. Numerous events and celebrations were held in the velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities during this period to mark the significant dates of the national calendar and the 300th anniversary of the birth of Makhtumkuli Fraghi, as well as to mark the opening of social and cultural facilities. The final round of the "Ýaňlan, Diýarym!" creative show was held, and the winners of the "Türkmeniň altyn asyry" contest established by the President of Turkmenistan were honoured. In the period under review, celebrations in honour of the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence, as well as concerts, exhibitions and other cultural events were held. Then, the Deputy Head of the Government reported on the ongoing preparations for the VI Vienna Ball to be held in the city of Arkadag. In this regard, the order of the forthcoming cultural event was submitted to the head of Turkmenistan for consideration. The guests of the creative forum are expected to be delegates of the festive celebrations dedicated to the Day of Health Care Workers and Medical Industry, the international forum "Interconnection of Times and Civilisations - the Basis for Peace and Development" and others. Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered to properly prepare for the VI Vienna Ball to be held on 10 October in the city of Arkadag and ensure a high level of its holding.
