Ashgabat will host the exhibition "Construction, Industry and Energy of Turkmenistan" - "CIET-2024"

Registration is open for the international conference and exhibition "Construction, Industry and Energy of Turkmenistan" ("CIET-2024"), which will be held from 3 to 5 November 2024 in Ashgabat.  The event is organised by key government agencies such as the Ministry of Construction and Architecture, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Industry and Construction Production, State Concern ‘Türkmenhimiýa’ and other departments of Turkmenistan. The aim of the conference is to discuss topical issues and projects in such important sectors as construction, energy, utilities, industry and chemical industry. The event will focus on new investment projects in these areas. Of particular interest is the session dedicated to the second phase of the Arkadag smart city, where the medical and processing clusters will be discussed in detail. The event is timed to coincide with the widely celebrated Day of Construction and Industrial Complex Workers in Turkmenistan, in accordance with the resolution of the esteemed President of Turkmenistan dated 4 November 2023. This holiday was introduced to pay tribute to the conscientious and selfless labour of specialists in the fields of construction, energy, chemical and industrial sectors. Their contribution is aimed at developing these sectors, increasing production and services through scientific and technological innovation, and achieving new successes in the Renaissance of a powerful nation.  "CIET-2024" will be a platform for intensifying international cooperation in the construction and energy sectors, discussing opportunities for the creation of free industrial zones and interaction of Turkmen state organisations with international financial institutions and companies. The conference is also designed to promote the development of industry and attract investment in the region's economy, which ultimately contributes to strengthening the positions of Turkmenistan and neighbouring countries in the international arena. Participation in CIET-2024 will allow delegates to better understand investment opportunities in key sectors of Turkmenistan's economy, such as construction and infrastructure management, as well as discuss prospects for long-term co-operation.
